Given governance has many important implications for a token in its initial distribution stage, most power will not be delegated until after 5-10 months of zBOOFI's release.

Once the time comes, the BooCouncil will take the reins and assume complete responsibility for:

• Fee percentages and calculation formula for zBOOFI's Dynamic Withdrawal Fee.

• Where to distribute the fees collected within the Ecosystem.

• The emission rate of the BOOFI token.

• Bonus multipliers for Vampire Farms.

• Fee mechanisms for the NFTs.

• Many other functions are to be determined.
